Waterfront Shopping

Headquarters Sampension

When one of Denmark's largest pension funds, Sampension, needed new headquarters for their 300 employees, it was important to combine a feeling of stability and credibility with an open and transparent atmosphere.

A very special feature in the Sampension headquarters is a 27 metres high water- and light installation consisting of more than 500 optic fibres constantly changing colours.

The Sampension headquarters is now one of the most beautiful buildings in Tuborg Harbour.

Rotunden

Some of the buildings in the Tuborg area have become new landmarks for this part of Copenhagen. This certainly applies for the "Rotunden".

The cone-shaped 22 metre high building with its impressive steel facade contains offices and a small shopping centre in the lower level.

Tuborg Boulevard

The apartments at Tuborg Boulevard are placed in the central part of Tuborg Harbour.

The materials used for the buildings are in perfect harmony with the surrounding area with the sea and the marina - hardwood, natural stones and high quality elements are the best on the market, and their appearance will only improve over time.

Tuborg Marina

Like everything else in the Tuborg area the marina is of outstanding quality.

The marina has been handed over to Kongelig Dansk Yachtklub (the Royal Danish Yachtclub) who will run the marina in the future from their new offices built in connection with the restructuring of the marina.
